An additional KES 2000 is payable for drivers night out allowances to carter for food & accoomodation- per day (If driver is expected to sleep out of Kisumu Town)
RENTAL TERM
The term of this Car Rental runs from the date and hour of vehicle pickup a until the return of the vehicle to Owner, and completion of all terms of this Car Rental Agreement by both Parties.
SCOPE OF USE
Renter will use the Rented Vehicle only for personal or routine business use. Renter will comply with all applicable laws relating to holding of license to operate the vehicle, and pertaining to operation of motor vehicles. Renter will not sublease the Rental Vehicle or use it as a vehicle for hire.
Renter will not allow any other person to operate the Rented Vehicle unless identified here
(Note: vehicle not returned as per specified time will be charged Kes 400 Per Extra Hour. IF the vehicle is not returned within 12 hours of the time it is due for return, it will be considered lost and/stolen and reported to the police).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation of confirmed booking will be treated as follows:
No refund for any cancellation within 7 days prior to check in date
50% refund will be issued if cancellation is effected between 8-30days prior to check in date
Full refund will be issued for cancellation before 30 days prior to check in date.
